We are closely monitoring the current safety guidelines with the Rhode Island Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control ,regarding the spread of the virus. This is a rapid evolving situation and we will continue to take necessary measures as needed. Our focus is to ensure that we meet customer needs, while doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe.

Here’s our Standard Operating Procedures:

  • All of our customer service staff & our service technicians received COVID-19 training / briefings and receive day to day updates, as we learn from the latest available information. We will continue to adjust our operating procedures as needed.
  • Our service technicians are dispatched remotely, to limit any potential exposure
  • Non-essential work travel is currently on hold for all our employees
  • We have enhanced our internal cleaning practices at our office and are instructing all employees to continually sanitize their work stations and service vehicles.

Our service technicians are instructed to regularly sanitize & wear masks / gloves into all customers’ homes. We are asking our customers for the safest ways to enter their homes. Technicians can enter through bulk heads, basements doors, to have the least amount of contact possible with our customers. Customers that have special instructions, please call ahead, so we can advise our service staff accordingly.
